Our Return / Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after delivery is made (per tracking information) to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@cherishedgoodscompany.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
* Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Other Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive a wrong item.
Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for:
- final sales items,
- limited collection items,
- charitable items or
- opened activity kits
Exchanges
Credit for exchanges will not be issued until the APPROVED, returned item is accepted by Cherished Goods staff. Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of original item/order.
Refunds
*We do not provide cash refunds. We are happy to provide store credit.
