What is your return policy?

Our Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@cherishedgoodscompany.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for final sale items, limited collection items charitable items or opened activity kits.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We do not provide cash refunds. We are happy to do an exchange when items are available or provide store credit.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You may only change or cancel your order before it ships.

Custom items cannot be changed or canceled after order is placed.

How do I care for my magnets?

✨Caring for Your Photo Magnets

TO CLEAN: 
🧼 Use a soft cloth to gently wipe fingerprints or smudges off the magnet.

❌ Do NOT use abrasive materials to clean.

🪞 A gentle glass cleaner may be used if needed. However, do NOT spray cleaner directly onto the magnet. Instead, spray the cloth first and then wipe the magnet.

PROPER HANDLING: ⚠️
☀️ We do not recommend displaying magnets in a location with direct sunlight, as your photos may fade.

🖐️ Handle magnets with care to avoid scratching the surface. Do NOT slide the magnets across the top of other magnets.

Do you offer warranties on your products?

All products are sold as-is.

Defects in products will be exchanged for same product upon approval and once we receive the original product return.
